Hi guys
I am working in Tata Consultancy kolkata from past 3 years, planning to get transfer to TCS Bangalore(hometown). Will there be any issues if I provide fake medical certificate for my parents? Also now they are forcing me to come back to kolkata office, is there any possibly they may let me work from bangalore office even if my project ODC is not there in bangalore?

I used to work there - they have been office first the whole pandemic, so not much remote work environment to speak of.
I may be jaded but I was not a fan of the culture. It probably isn’t a whole lot different than any other big pharma company with lots of politics, superficial patient centricity, fairly bureaucratic, etc.

D1 thank you for validating. I’ve really wondered how much was just me becoming jaded or being on the wrong teams.
In my three years there I noticed a departure from their attitude of “we want to be innovative, agile, and everything Abbott wasn’t” to essentially going back to the traditional, bureaucratic ways of Abbott.
Part of it was likely me just seeing through the koolaid, but glad to hear that it may not have been all of it.
I haven't too many good things lately on the culture which was surprising since they are a good company.
Agree that WLB is really bad here. Culture is fine otherwise imo
Recently implanted 3 days in the office policy but varies between teams.
Also not a fan of the culture. They keep rotating people around to different teams/functions meaning you become an "Abbvie" expert over time but not an expert on a single subject matter.
