Curious of exit opportunities for EY consultants. I'm considering the customer strategy practice. When your colleagues are moving into new opportunities, where are they going?

In sc&o, senior. Had interviews w the large tech firms in operations, smaller consulting companies at a rank promo, industry roles in strategy, business development manager, it’s almost endless. At the 2-3 year senior Mark you’re not tied into what you’re doing as much as long as you can sell the experience as meaningful and that you’re a high performer. Just my experience so far, the roles have Been very different that have come across.

Everyone always with the exit opps. Consulting is consulting. If you’re good, you’ll find a way. The “brands” don’t matter. Tom Brady is still Tom Brady, regardless of what colors he’s wearing

I’ve seen people leave for Dropbox, Facebook and Plugnplay (incubator). Generally in a strategy, marketing or ops role. I’m based out of Sf so obviously tech focused exits

I think it’s fair to know where the job can take you before you start looking at getting it. If you like the exit ops only then would you try to get the job
