Curious to hear from people (or general thoughts) who have gone from FAANG to Big 4 or Accenture Consulting. I always hear about the opposite. What are the driving factors? Is it worth the potential short term pay decrease, and the decline in WLB (I was previously at a mid-market consulting firm, so I was used to the ups and downs of WLB). I currently find myself getting bored regularly, not to mention the lack of true career direction here.
