During the interview, the director who would be my manager said they are understaffed and very busy. She also said someone in this role needs to love working. I’ve been a pretty shitty older sister to my younger brother. I’m afraid I’ll lose him. We’ve both done each other wrong but I feel like as an older sister, I need to take more accountability for my actions and be a little more forgiving.
