It’s not all about money. What do you want to do? What kind of experiences do you want to gain? Do you want to work in Sales and talk to people and clients? Do you want to work hands on keyboard in dev and have a call schedule with a pager and off hours work? Talk to some folks in the job you’re considering so you know if it’s an experience you want. There are always more jobs in tech sales, whether you get promoted internally or change companies.
Unless you want to pivot out of sales to tech, I'd stay put. Your comp now is technically better and there's potential for more in the relatively near future.
Thirding what's been said already, but this is a pretty hard pivot. Be sure that's what you want. The $ potential where you're at is higher, honestly, but that won't matter if you wish you'd taken something that you'd find more fun (if DevOps is fun for you).
I say jump, or you can try to leverage the offer with your current company and see where things land.
