Which company would you join?
I currently work in Sales with the intention of moving over to marketing in the near future. I received two offers for BDR/SDR roles from Sprout Social and Gong. Both salaries are around the same (Gong - base 63k + anticipated $25k in commission, Sprout - 55k base + anticipated $25k in commission).
I like both companies’ software and it extremely hard to decide which position will get me into marketing faster as it is not a traditional BDR path to take.
Help!
Please help me with the net take home.

Omg where do you guys go on vacation?
Both gf and me. 10k
Family of 4. $22K
With a group of friends. $500
Wife and I are fairly well paid DINKS and we travel a fair amount while we can - week or two in Europe/overseas every year, beach week in the US/Mexico, probably 10ish long weekends between weddings and personal trips. All in cash would be like 25kish but a huge chunk of our travel is on points
At least 1 international trip spanning multiple countries and 2-3 domestic a year.
Gf and I last year did 4.5k for 3 short trips and 1 long trip.
Between $5 to $8k. Two people, going to multiple countries in Europe and the top end of the scale going to Australia.
Expenses can be cut if you stay in hostels. I personally don’t, but I know people who do and it allows them to spend money on other things.
Some me and spouse, some with 2 kids. At least 1 international and 2-3 mini get aways. Averages about $10k
My wife and I. Between 3k-5k typically. This includes weekend trips, international to visit family, and to fly family to us. Includes activities, food, etc. We don't do fancy trips, but we do quite a few close trips that still add up.
Usually $2-3k every other year on an international trip and $1-2k a year on domestic trips to mainly visit friends and family. 15 years of work travel has me enjoying staying local more and more for my vacations
Just me, usually for two weeks of the year, $2kish. Usually end up using points & miles for a lot of it.
How do you save money???
Around $3-4k. Usually 1-2 international trips and a few domestic trips/ year for a family of 4. Miles/points for airlines and hotels cut the cost significantly and we hit up grocery stores (Costco) for fuel and food instead of eating out every meal
