Accenture publishes its diversity stats publicly. Currently 37% women with goal of 40% by 2020 in North America. Executive numbers are lower though at 32%
I believe we consider managers+ executives too, so I’d like to see what our MD numbers are since the diversity at that level is lacking severely
More men in delivery and sales.
More women in HR, accounting and hiring.
They hire a lot of women and diverse people. But, in leadership it’s an old white man’s world

Anecdotally, I’ve worked with as many female partners as male partners.
At least across the big 4, there’s a pretty even split at the entry level. When you hit the typical drop off points (staff to senior, senior to manager, manager to SM/director) there are higher percentages of women that leave (for pretty well documented reasons across the board), resulting in unbalanced representation at the senior leadership level.
I’m not sure about other minority stats, but would suspect to see similar trends.
Man 59 woman 39 other 2
