I just got a raise, so I'm making $58,860 per year now. I really love my job and it's a great place to work
Gee, this thread has me questioning my life choices. Here I am making $33,000ish which I thought was pretty good, but it looks like other companies are paying more. I'm going to do some research into this. Thank you for bringing the topic up, I am learning more than I thought I would
In Honolulu, General Managers make around 50K in national chain restaurants and 75K+ in long standing local restaurants. Don’t forget to add in performance bonus amounts that SHOULD be a part of your compensation package. Annual bonuses should be 10-25% of your base pay if your unit is doing well and you’re hitting your numbers.
I just saw a sign advertising that general managers in Utah at Panda Express make 80K a year plus bonus.
I made 80k as a gm. But most places try to low blow me with 40k. Then they're upset with me when I say that with 16 years experience 40k isn't an option because I haven't made less that 50k in years.
Our GM's start out at $18 an hour; I'm on the west coast, so the minimum wage is higher here than in a lot of other states.
I make just over $59k per year but I haven't been in management for long. It can go higher than $70k per year, so I'm planning on sticking around for awhile.
I'm actually in Canada
My salary works out to just over $20 per hour so seems low compared to what you guys make in the States.
I make a great salary for my position as a fast food restaurant general manager, around 50k. I am happy with my pay and the benefits that come along with it.
I make $36,000 a year working as a general manager at a fast food restaurant. I am currently working towards finding a higher wage, or new opportunities in the market, whatever comes first.
I don't make much money at all for my yearly salary working as a general manager at a fast food restaurant. In fact, I'm barely scraping by. I may need to start looking at jobs where y'all work to increase my wages lol
I have been in management for about 3 or 4 years I started as an assistant making $35,000 a yeah with arbico (Arby's) in east Tennessee we got bought out by AES and I had to basically get a new job just to be making $15 an hour....I finally got a new job as an assistant and I'm $42,000 a year and still believe in some ways I'm getting low balled 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
