Curious what Sr. Creative PMs on here are making in L.A. right now. I've been interviewing and the range seems crazy wide. One creative agency holding firm at around $90K (on the high end) with another not blinking at my ask of $130K. Then a client-side position sitting in the middle at $95-115K. Job descriptions are pretty similar.

I know all agencies/companies are different but that still seems like a big disparity for essentially the same position.

I’ve been a project manager for 7 years at the same company. It is small and I report to the Senior VP. I have not received annual evaluations and have had to fight for every increase in salary I’ve received. I recently expressed to my VP that I am interested in taking on new responsibilities and delegating some tasks where I feel I should no longer be involved. I’m looking for a title promotion as well as a pay increase. I’m currently at 86K. Any advice? I feel like my boss is not receptive.

I just got offered a job with a firm that has billable hour requirements. I’ve never had had billable hours. Is is appropriate to ask what the billable requirements are? I have a good idea from someone I know who works in a different department but want to confirm what they told me. They also provided vacation time of 3-5 weeks. I’m assuming that’s work weeks, but is that appropriate to ask for clarification? I don’t want them to think that’s all I care about, but these are important to me.
