Current and ex-Designers of Havas, anything to note (good or bad) for someone inquiring a position there?

Had HR discussion yesterday for BA role and for the associate level they mentioned the band they currently have upto 11.7lpa and my current salary is 10.8 with 2.5 yoe.. Although the hr mentioned he would check with the project team and offer a better compensation. Do they really change the ctc post discussion or is it based on the defined band itself? It is good profile but yes the hike is too low.

3rd job rejection after I thought it went really well. I had really great interviews & good feedback on my portfolio. When I ask why I didn’t get the position the answer I keep getting is “decided to go with someone with more experience”. Which is so frustrating, bc it’s just not as constructive as I’d like. Hi everyone…we currently hired a “marketing assistant” who has no degree or experience in marketing or design. I’m being asked to train them, their background is retail so they’re not even familiar with basic corporate programs (Microsoft & outlook). Is it wrong to be offended? 😂 I’ve being studying graphic design since HS, my degree is Visual communications/graphic design. Now I’m being asking to just “show them” how to use the creative suite for graphics!!
