Dickinson Wright salary scale?
Hi Fishes, I have offers from PwC(risk advisory) and IBM(app development). Thing is that the PwC joining is at Kolkata location but I don't want to go there and stay. There is not much difference between the offers in terms of package(10 & 10.4). Can I ask PwC to provide WFH or change my office location for this? Deloitte EY PwC KPMG
Recently Store Managers have been offering me jobs from different locations but same company in my town. The company is T-Mobile. It’s going to be my first job. I have a couple questions for any former/current employees. Is it better to work for T-Mobile, metro by T-Mobile, or a third party T-Mobile? Any difference in benefits or wage? Thanks

Must be nice.
Take it. Congrats. You will be happier.
Not EY specifically but happier than in consulting unless your goal is to be partner. You will have a better work life balance. You will have a lot of opportunities once you make the transition. Comp seems fair at this point.

If RSUs are at current market valuation, then take it. I assume you will stay long enough to reap the benefits as the economy returns to normal post Covid
Pro
Yeah.. RSUs have a 1 year cliff. Gotta make sure I stay on for at least a year to break even. I will have to relocate that they won’t pay for.
What level are you at EY?
Pro
Was in line to interview with Facebook and Google. Both rejected. Plan on applying again. The offer I got seems low $210K compared to Google/Facebook. (Google/Facebook discussed salary ranged between $240-250K.)
Does it make sense to take this new job or wait until another offer comes up?
I’m pretty sure I’ll keep looking until I hit salary goal ($240-250K) but also do not want to look like a job hopper.
I would stick with EY over RSU. 10k ain't much in the long scheme of things. RSU culture vs EY is bit more toxic from what i know about my colleagues that went to RSU. May be different at the upper levels, but as an associate, EY culture & brand > RSU
Depends on what company gave you the offer. I have similar current comp as you and don't plan on leaving unless I get a FANG offer after my interviews.
The offer you got seems fair but really depends on which company. If FANG or another reputable tech company then I say take it
Pro
Not a FAANG. But it’s a reputable company and has a good market cap.
