Most new/growing SaaS companies lack product market fit for enterprise clients
This sounds similar to why I posted. As they “scale up market” and add more MM and ENT reps, more of them fail.
Is this normal at most companies or is this situation an exception to the rule. Do most reps at this level just live on their salary?
I think it's a reflection of the economic downturn and impending recession. Companies are starting to tighten their belts. Curious as to why your particular company is focusing on rapid growth if the market isn't there to match.
The market is there to match. Just scaling faster than sales are closing. Larger sales cycles are taking longer. Lower end segments are still crushing it.
