Deloitte S&O Managers, what's a rough summary/breakout of your bonus structure? (High %, low %, etc.). What portion of employees get top bonus payout?

At what income level do you personally think it makes sense to switch from putting money into Roth retirement accounts to traditional? I get that would be when you believe you are at a higher tax rate than when you retire, but how do you determine that with uncertainties around actual retirement income and changes in the tax code over decades?
