Guys!! Any power bi developer opening currently for Kolkata location?

Limited at my current firm due not having CPA. I want to take a few months off to take the exams and then re-enter the market seeking a manager role ( 6 years experience) at a mid to larger size firm. Does this sound like a good idea or should I find a manager role at a smaller firm that doesn't require CPA? Any other options I should be considering?

Interviewing and if an office doesn’t have standing desks by now, I can’t do it. Is that too bougee? Are there many big law firms that still don’t have this?

TTC for ~8 months, 1 MC at 6 weeks in Sept 2021. Since then my period cycles have been super long like 50-60 days (or I'm skipping a period?) and I'm currently on day 34 of my cycle. Negative pregancy tests and no symptoms. Nervous I'll have another several weeks of hoping and testing until my period finally comes, which is what happened the pervious times. So frustrating. Have a call post PIP completion with the manager. PIP didn’t go well. I don’t see anyone from HR invited on the call. Can the manager fire on the phone by themselves or is it generally HR involved? This is a Fortune 100 company.

Received a Point72 Academy case study and I don’t really see the point in even following through with it. Probably 500 applicants, 250 case studies went out 100 onsite interviews, 50 super days, 25 data manipulation, 10 spots.

Client recently offered me a job for an open req (industry eq SM). The work is flexible, the req is just to get me in the door but I decide what I want to work on (which I trust to be true). Much better culture, wlb, etc., but I’d be taking a 100k pay cut and be an IC with no team. Is it worth taking a step back in pay and responsibilities, or does it seem possible to get all in one?

From what I understand, the business integrity role is an internal consulting role for them. Got an offer from a large tech PE company for their value creation team. Team is relatively experienced - however, their offer is lower than my current salary as a consultant at a T2 firm. I’m highly valued at my firm and my trajectory is already fast tracked. Would it make sense to leave in this case for the mere name recognition of this PE fund?
