I joined scaler in April 2019 while getting CTC of 3.5LPA from nagarro wasn't happy the pay but stayed with the hope of learning which faded away in just 10 Months. Wasn't giving much attention to scaler curriculum due to the first job which cost me missing out offers from Amazon, DailyHunt, Travel triangles and much more.
In March 2020, joined Innefu Labs (Startup) and started giving all my time to learning the scaler things in April 2021 got 14LPA CTC from Make My Trip.

Does anyone have knowledge of the financial crimes practice in KPMG? I am interviewing for a position to move there from a current forensics position. The KPMG recruiter explained that its an extremely small practice and I wouldn't be doing a lot of the "grunt" work any more like clearing alerts in AML etc. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on what this practice really does? Hi all! I’m wondering what your thoughts are on HR texting with employees (especially if you support 100+). To me, texting with employees is problematic because it is so easy to misconstrue a text, there’s no set start/end to a “conversation”, and it disrupts boundaries. I’m a Director level Account Executive with TC of $250k (Base 160k, Bonus, Commission and Stock $90k per year) and 15+ years of experience (4 in industry and role). As a top performer and I’ve asked for raise to $210 base. Is this reasonable? It’s hard to find data points for this role on Glassdoor or elsewhere.
