Current situation: at early stages of my career in finance in Australia. Have 2 offers on the table What would you choose? Analyst at a start up (potential to move up the ladder quickly) OR Senior analyst at a big 4 (looks good on the resume)

I feel as though the big 4 have so much administrative stuff to take care of cause we have the accounting arms, do MBB or boutique consulting firms have to worry about as many e-learnings & shit?

B School question: Been at a Big 4 in tech consulting for 2.5 years. Promoted to level 9. Applying F2016. Better to stay at 1 firm all 4 years before school or switch jobs and excel at a new company?
