I don’t know your current schedule, but I will say people don’t come to ACN because the WLB is great, especially not for Strategy! However, if you are comfortable enforcing your own boundaries, make the jump. You totally can make a schedule that works for your family and your career.
Also, make sure to negotiate being eligible for full maternity benefits immediately. I can’t remember if being employed a year first is required, but it probably is. ACN is huge - they can afford to cover that. If they won’t give that to you - walk. Not worth it, and it will show that your MD doesn’t respect your need for family time, which will always be a problem.

Can’t speak to WLB with the T&O group, but from a people perspective, the few practitioners whom I’ve met are absolutely fantastic. Great opinion of that group. Good luck with your decision!
