Hi! Would love to receive some input from fellow professionals. I recently received two job offers:
1. Marketing Specialist $60K + $3K sign on bonus, amazing company benefits, flex time off, remote position, great people thus far (starting was $55K for this role) TX
2. Marketing Specialist $67.5K with above average company benefits, accrued hours, in office 3x week, so far people seem nice (starting was $65K) IL
I love the idea of more money but is that always the way to go?? Help please!
Are you in BTS? If so…. I don’t think it’s possible. Unless you have serious connections. Which is really hard to have as you probably won’t work with any strategy people.
I read the post wrong. I though the OP was a TC aka tax consultant aka BTS not TC as total comp

Prestigious MBA?
Non-Target school high GPA - also have another masters degree
what would your SC comp be? reason I ask is if you're levelled down to A3, might not be worth. SA 1st year will put you at close to 200k (or over if you do well)
Base salary depends on what level u come in at
Sa1a =160
Sa1ac= 185. Post MBA level
Sa2 is where it evens out at 188 even if no mba
Sa1a home grown promotion to SA.
Some SA1a move to sa1b vs sa2 after a year.
External hires can come in as Sa1a, sa1b, sa1c. Sa2 or sa3
No (target) MBA and limited consulting experience will result in sa1a or sa1b vs higher entry
You could probably make SA1 if you performed very well in interviews and were convincing enough. Otherwise A3 (level right below SA)
Also for us not at deloitte we don't know what c level means?
Is it the pre or post MBA level?
Is ir business analyst -->consultsnt --> manager?
No idea so asking
A and C are both pre-mba, SC is what MBA hires come in as.
A2/A3
You’d go in as a an associate.
Tbh I don’t think we’re even hiring
Our hiring slows down over summer and usually picks up after seeing all the campus hires come in
