Does your spouse have a UK or EU passport? If so, shouldn’t be too hard. If you require sponsorship, a little harder. No reason why you should have to drop down a level though. Business climate is similar and skills are transferable.

Just search all the Big4/ACN or whatever orgs you are interested in and apply. You may want to put in your cover letter you are eligible to work in the UK via spousal visa. It’s a tough time now because COVID, you may not have luck until things return to normalcy. I had to pause my recruitment even though my team is fully booked and we have a big pipeline.
Definitely look into the spousal visa requirements. Your spouse will need proof of UK income to sponsor you or you'll need a lot of savings.
