Moving to a job for a manager/controller role for a smaller company. Past coworkers put in a good word for me and basically hyped me up to their boss. I was confident about what i can deliver but now nervous about not living up to expectations! Role is probably at least 2 levels higher from senior and will be getting paid a good base considering my YOE.

I have about 15 years of experience in tech with 2 years as head of product in a startup. I'm trying to find a new leadership role which is proving to be very difficult.
