Currently a Staff 2 moving into Senior position in KPMG Audit. Passed my CFE and am now trying to evaluate where I should go in my career. There are so many opportunities out there, so I’m unsure as to how I should decide what to do next… that is; if I did want to leave Audit. Any advice?

I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work. And even if I try to talk to him for something he is completely rude. Sometimes it makes me that I m completely useless. Even the other team members are following the lead
