Don’t think there’s a single answer?? What kind of work do you enjoy? Are you solving for balanced lifestyle or getting promoted as fast as possible?
How is the Marketing and Sales practice viewed internally? Are the partners good/supportive? Is WLB better/worse than average?
I’m interested in ops or digital. How are they viewed internally?
Hi! I was recruited directly into the ops program and knew a lot of people coming from MBA who received directly into ops or digital. I think it depends on the type of work you like to do - you are expected to be on projects in your practice for xx% amount of time
Both ops and digital have great people! Wlb depends more on industry vs practice (e.g. digital in banking is tough, ops in consumer goods is usually better wlb)

Are your joking or serious pls
You don’t apply for a practice or function as post-mba. You start as a generalist and then you can figure it out. Everyone’s experiences will be different
This isn’t true anymore. McK is now allowing applicants direct from MBA programs to choose between being a generalist or joining a practice area immediately upon hiring.
