Hi everyone, I am 4.9 years experienced , I joined Fractal 3 months ago as a data engineer, but still haven't got any project. Process is so slow that I have received only 4 to 5 project calls. I switched in hopes that will learn the new tech and tools. But now i am starting to forget even the one i knew. Should i go for change or wait a little more time as fractal is reputed in AI/ML? I have interview lined up with Impetus as for now. Would it be better choice?
Not the platinum card I was looking for.

EY1 I tell people the following steps when starting out:
1. Find out your TDEE from any of the Internet calculators
2. For two weeks track what you eat and all of the calories. Do not alter your behavior at all. Just track it and see what you are eating. Soon enough you will realize what you are actually eating and decide to make smarter choices. Just keep tracking.
3. Go to the gym, get on a treadmill and walk. Walk on an incline if possible. Take a book / iPad / whatever with you and just walk.
Cardio will make it go faster and of course gaining muscle will speed up the process but obviously that will take much longer.
