Does thinking about ur project at home count as "billable hours"?Apparently my manager thinks so. The joy of fed consulting.

How accurately do you guys charge your billable time? Not asking due to overcharging. Asking because too lazy to keep up.

Why do the charge hour requirements increase as you move up in BDO. As a manager the admin work is overwhelming and you want me to have even more billable hours then when I was a senior. #impossible
