Capgemini I joined sometime back at D1 level , I do technical work most of time like coding, dev, testing etc.
I have worked a lot in my 14 years and still have required skills needed for the work. I don't have energy to slog any further. Moreover I get anxiety when I see junior level people doing same work as me and earning more or same.
I feel cannot sit longer hrs due to back issues and other health issues and family commitments.
Can I change to management side without risking my job .

Take the jump. You’ll have a better career path as a Consultant at BCG than a SM at a big 4.
MBB is faster trajectory and higher comp, but risk of up and out. B4 slower trajectory, but basically no risk of up and out
You have a guaranteed jump now or a chance at being promoted in a few months?
I’d take the guaranteed jump
Don’t listen to this man. This decision honestly depends on your long term goals. You will be going back multiple levels if you leave big 4 and is that worth it? I’m sure the exits you can get firm your current position are great! Why not stay here
I made this same consideration about a year ago, made the jump, and haven't looked back. Frankly it's felt like more of a promotion (TC, recruiter outreach, etc) and many of my peers who stayed for promotion have been trying to make the jump. You could go back to your B4 in a year or two with a direct promote if you regret it (though I don't know why you would)

What’s your end goal? If your promo is effectively set in stone, I wouldn’t jump
As someone who worked at B4 in tech consulting then moved to MBB. I would strongly suggest jumping ship. MBB work is far more stimulating and the exits I get know (recruiters calling me) are immeasurably better than the options I would have had at b4.
Congrats on the offer
I made the jump
Jump.
The air gap between B4 and MBB is vast. The only people who don't think this are in B4 (mainly Deloitte).
I went from B4 manager to Consultant at an MBB with 1 year tenure credit.
If I were in your shoes, I would make the jump if you plan to stay in consulting.
