Currently at Deloitte with 1 year exp, just received an offer to join mbb. I want to exit consulting to work in media and entertainment - Disney, Sony music, umg, etc. Does mbb exit better into this area or will I be able to exit there with Deloitte? Don’t really want to reset in consulting but not sure what the path looks like…. For reference I am currently working in a lot of media project at Deloitte with like Disney, fox, etc….

Went in for a position at a top medical device company. During the interview my male interviewer asked if my “directness” comes off to strong to the doctors? He then asked the same question twice in two different ways. I asked if he meant “can I dim my light”. He said ya. I just said I know how to be strategic when it comes to my deliverance with whom I’m speaking to. I felt his question was misogynistic and quite condescending truly. I’m a woman in outside sales with a type A personality.

Our CSM department is going through a major restructure right now. There has been a huge amount of turn over since the beginning of the year. Our managers have not given us any insight to what the new restructure will look like, they have also pushed out our annual raise conversations until the end of April.
