I’m a product marketer looking to switch into PM. I’m in the interview process for a senior PM role, but the product is not that exciting and I’m a little concerned the company is stale (it’s a legacy product and the company has been around for a while). Would it be worth it to get the PM title? (Alternatively, I’m considering taking a senior PMM or even PMM director role at a series A startup and then making the move to PM later on.) what’s the better move here?

Your team leader invites the team (8 people who have all been working 100% wfh) out for breakfast or lunch but there is no requirement for people to be vaccinated and you aren't allowed to ask anyone about their vaccination status. Attendance is entirely optional. Would you go?
Really annoyed that during a majorly stressful campaign (for a client that quite frankly sucks lol) that in every meeting, forum etc Project Management isn’t EVER mentioned in the acknowledgements. I guess it’s normal but I guess since I almost lost my mind and had three anxiety attacks in one just one week alone I’m feeling salty. I can’t even begin to describe the mental, emotional and spiritual fortitude this took. Again I know I’m preaching to the choir, PM is such a thankless job but argh!
Saw an email coming for EY reopening the India offices from October 4th, but professionals to WFH till December. I hope they never make it mandatory for people to work from office. I stay outside of the office location cities and would never want to relocate.

A direct competitor just posted a VP position 1 level above my current position. Currently my company does not have a VP and I report to a SVP. I currently do the job of a VP. It seems that management doesn’t always understand that employee engagement is tied to many things such as work/life balance, benefits, workload, etc. Any ideas on how to present this type of info to management? We have already done an engagement survey and delivered results but there is lack of action planning which is also not heavily backed up by leadership. Any ideas on how to deliver this message so it makes an impact?
