What do you think my exit opps are? I’ve now 8 year of exp in mid office roles working at large banks and private markets. I’m just wondering if investment risk analyst position is worth pursuing.

Currently 14 weeks pregnant and just received a job offer at a large company I’ve always wanted to work for. Should I tell them I’m pregnant before accepting or after accepting the offer? Can they hold it against me if I only tell them after? I didn’t want them to base their hiring decision on me being pregnant.
Any advice for transitioning from ID to something in-house or even out of lawyering completely? The billable hours and “unlimited PTO” (aka no real time off) are killing me and the billable mentality is creeping into my personal life (every day thoughts like “If I can finish the grocery shopping in .8, then I have an extra .2 to walk the dog.”) I just don’t feel the billable life is the best choice for my mental health or personal life (newlywed). But no idea how to start making the transition…
If I’m not charging any billable hours is it acceptable to “work” from home one day a week? I’ve asked for work, my office is dead right now post 10/15. Just don’t want to get in trouble for putting

Any advice for selling into finance. Currently I sell into procurement but new role is Finance focused. Thanks
Was just let go today due to performance. They said it was because I didn't close a sale in 4 months. However for these 4 months I've been grooming multiple focus accounts that are pretty much a slam dunk at this point. I have multiple quotes on my Directors desk to review before I can present to a customer (worth $500K). These quotes have been sitting there for almost two weeks but the performance issue is on my end?

Need Advice: My company recently announced that we are in the process of being acquired by a competitor and the deal should close in Q4 this year (this is a first for me.) The acquiring company only sells services and my current company sells both tech and services. I am on the tech sales team but I am concerned because we have 2x the number of employees. Any advice would be great (networking, begin job hunt, ask for raise/promotion, etc.)
Hiring an AE to sell data science consulting services and investor relation type services. We are a SaaS platform with a huge proprietary data set that gives us a competitive advantage. Looking for some guidance/feedback. I’m currently a director of sales at a mid size Saas firm. I scaled the sales team from 3 to 52. Been a director for 3 years with same company and watched 3 vps and 2 directors come and go. There’s limited to no growth opportunity. So I started the hunt. I have a panel interview with the CEO/cro/ and cmo for a smallish >50 employees. I’m going for a vp of sales... Any ideas on what kind of questions I should prepare myself for?
