Currently going through the background screening for an offer with Citi (they use a third party Yale Associates) and Yale Associates asked for a copy of my associates degree and/or transcripts from the community college. This was so weird one, i don't see how they couldn't just call registrars office and verify, two I have been with JPMC for 5 years and never got asked for this. Anyone have experience with onboarding to Citi and/or the Yale Associates verification process? Citi
Just completed it for Citi. They also asked for supporting docs as well for items they couldn’t verify

I had to do that too, they’d asked for a copy of my high school graduate that and it thankfully had made it through all my moves randomly at the bottom of my safe. They also ended up requesting my W2s for jobs from when I was 16

I had to submit too. Just look at your school website alumni resources. I paid $10 to get a digital copy of my transcript and it was really fast
Some of those third parties are really thorough. I don’t have two short jobs on my resume and included them in the background and the discrepancy made me anxious. Obviously there was no reason to feel that way but when you’re on boarding you want it smooth so I feel where you’re coming from.
Good to know! Did you all get the "second clearance" email from citi where they basically just tell you your 100% cleared on the background? I am due to put my two weeks notice with jpmc this week. I was holing to get that final email before then.
I am currently employed and ihave not received a 2nd clearance. They are still trying to verify my information.
