After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. Wanted to get inputs from HR Gens/HRBPs about their views on claw back for sign on and other one time bonuses. I know that a 1 year clawback after payment is a general practice in some industries, but can the period be extended to 2 yrs for some critical situations?
