Currently have in wall speakers that are well positioned for mono or stereo system with Sonos amps. I am moving and drywall is already up so any suggestions to get similar quality speakers without having to run wire through drywall and similar easy Sonos app interface? Thinking of Sonos One SL, but not sure on how many and positioning for a 1200 square feet open space condo

We own a rental property that has appreciated quite a bit and have the opportunity to do a 30-yr cash out refi at 75% LTV that would leave us with about $200,000 at the end of the deal. Rent currently wouldn’t cover the costs and we’d need to deploy the cash and earn about $750/mo to break even. We’d ideally like to use the money to invest in other property and syndicates. Seem like a good idea? Not sure if we are over leveraging ourselves and it’s worth the risk.

One item borrowers shopping for mortgages get too caught up in is rate. Most borrowers don’t know how to read a loan estimate and get taken advantage all the time. Just because a lender/bank offers you a low rate doesn’t mean it’s best deal. Most cases, especially now since rates have gone up, you are being charged points for some of these lower rates in the 4s. If you don’t know or understand discount points feel free to shoot me a message and I can help you review estimate and see if can beat
