Has anyone moved from Accenture Federal to CGI Federal at Manager/Senior Manager level? Looking at Strategy/Organizational Change Management roles, and curious to know if you feel that compensation and benefits were worth it when measured against your actual experience once you started working with CGI. (I understand that some of it depends on the account you're on, the team you have, etc., just trying to decide if it's worth considering.) Thanks!

are you in DC? bench has been super thin for AFS, so shouldn't be hard to find a project to place you and initiate the transfer.
Yes I am in DC.
I'm working at AFS now. Typically the transition that is hard is the other way around. One good bet is to find a talent fulfillment specialist in AFS. like others who have said before, AFS needs far more people than are available.
I joined the LLP side back in July in the TDP practice. For my first analyst project I am being "borrowed" by AFS for 7 months. They usually want you to transfer over to AFS eventually. It's definitely possible. Just keep applying for AFS roles and wait for a bite
Go ahead and DM me if you are curious about anything
Would transition to AFS result in lower bumps if you’re towards the top of the pay range, regardless of performance?
I am also concerned about this
Hey guys! I’m sorry to hear that if you were laid off. The company I work for just bought a large player in the commercial space and we are posed for big growth. I am an Ex big 4 person, so reach out if you would like to know more.
