Hi All, I’m thinking about getting certified in change management but not sure if I should go the Prosci route or CCMP route. CCMP is a lot cheaper compared to Prosci but would it measure up just the same?

I guess it would be similar to the discussion of the SHRM-SCP vs SPHR.

Has anyone exited consulting at SM level? If so, what position did you exit into? I am in tech consulting and trying to see if I can get into tech companies.

All the jobs that I am interested in mention metrics and KPIs. I unfortunately don’t work with metrics as such in my current gig. Are there any good courses/books that can help ?

Currently working at AM100 firm as a 7th yr litigation associate. The goal is to go in-house but haven't had a lot of luck getting past the first or second round of interviews. I have an offer for an in-house contract position (12-18 months) working on a project that's heavily regulatory and would require a lot of work drafting policies and procedures. Any thoughts on whether a contract position might be worth taking to get the experience I need for a real in-house job?

Having tough time deciding between IB & Consulting. My thought process: I have a "better" background for IB (TAS/valuation) and with tech layoffs, this might push more potential would-be tech applications to pursue consulting (there by increased competition)? Additionally, you can do IB intern and full time consulting but not vice versa. I prefer consulting, but IB seems like the "safer" option? And if consulting does get hit hard, I would hopefully have a full time IB offer via internship.

I am a CSE fresher currently in 4th year from a Tier 3 college.
I have got job offers from Persistent Systems, IBM, Capgemini, Wipro & Harman International.
I need a suggestion on whether I should pursue my career in a PRODUCT BASED COMPANY(like Harman) or a SERVICE BASED COMPANY(the rest 4)?

The packages are pretty close.
Harman=(5LPA+50k)
Persistent Systems =(4.71LPA)
As we are always cheered to join Product based companies(like Google, Microsoft) but how good is joining Harman-like PBC?

Im a contractor. Another firm has reached out for 100% remote work for basically a lateral move. I really like where I’m at right now. I’m remote but if I turn to FTE which is very possible later this year I would probably end up having to go in 1 or 2 days a week to NYC. My manager knows this is basically a dealbreaker for me. Should I let my manager know I have another firm reaching out but I really want to stay but I’d need to be a remote FTE? They mentioned several times I’m an asset.
