Hello fishes, I joined Nagarro on 24th of August. But still no project is assigned yet. Basically I am on bench. Now I am about to get an offer from ServiceNow. I really wanna join ServiceNow as it's a big product based organisation and the competition is really high compared to Nagarro. ServiceNow is giving me a joining date of 1st October. As I am still on bench, will I get released by Nagarro soon ? Because no project is allocated to me.

You would sit in on management meetings-meetings with the owners or controller or ceo or cfo or some other important people in the transaction. You’d take notes in said meeting. Then you put together a report that goes out
Multiple. Well depends on the deal tbh. Usually there’s at least 2-3. Then the bigger the deal, the bigger the team

You will have slighter chances to get into FDD with only less than a year of audit. Associates are not commonly hired for FDD, the main bulk are S1 and up.

A1 I didn’t say he / she couldn’t try to switch I’m just saying there’s fewer associates than seniors in FDD. I just wanted this person to be at least aware of it while trying. I actually refer associates but most of them are surprised their resume don’t even get past first screening to do the interviews, although they already have 1 year of experience or 1 year and half and a CPA.
Formatting and other work in excel lol. It’s a lot of cleaning up data at the staff level, and making it useful for your managers.
