Currently in finance transformation consulting and aiming for M7 / INSEAD to pivot IB / PE (buy-side). 1) is it impossible? 2) will be 31 by the time I finish b-school -is that too old to get into it?

For anyone who cracked the leetcode questions. I’ve been going at it for months but spend hours trying to get to a solution and hours trying to understand why the “answer key” works. Can someone please share how you learned these questions? Probably going to give up and switch careers soon.

Practicing lawyer for 12 years in education law. Worked in Hollywood and have a degree in film/television. Also, have directed/produced independent films. So, I do have some Entertainment business experience already. Looking to do some Entertainment Law, specifically motion picture work. Hello there! I currently work in billing at a medical office. I got my Bachelors in Psychology a few years ago but I couldn’t find a position that seemed like a good option for me that was well paying and fulfilling. I tried working as a tech at an Applied Behavior Analysis clinic but it wasn’t a good fit. I’m hesitant to try case management or social work because I worry I won’t like it but I want to use my degree in Psychology. Does anyone have any ideas for me?

I’m starting the application journey now, with GMAT. I started looking at books and the most commonly available books in my country (not US) are the Kaplan ones. I searched the bowl and saw most suggested books (besides official guides) are from manhattan prep. Should I try and get the manhattan ones instead of kaplan? Anyone here with experience with both? P.S.: If it makes any difference, I don’t know my base score yet (will take the test today, might update later) but my target is 730+

I wrote paid ETS practice test and got ~10 points less than what I scored in the both PowerPrep tests. I’m writing my actual exam tomorrow. Am I doomed? 😢

I see a lot of people struggling with essays here and it makes me wonder about mine, about which I feel pretty good. Isn’t the essay topic given to you in the form of a prompt? Shouldn’t it be pretty straightforward then? Or are we doing different essays?

Am I overlooking something or do most schools not ask about college internship experience?
