Work life balance is great unless you’re put on a light speed project, then your life gets a lot more hectic trying to hit unrealistic timelines. The people are great.
To add to that you are rewarded however for your hard work if you are put on one of those projects. One of them I worked on, I’m pretty sure the whole group got promoted.
YMMV depending what site you are at and what your leadership is like. Im at a smaller site and culture wise i think it sucks comparatively my previous company that was also a top5 pharma. Speaking with other colleagues at other sites the culture is much more different. Generalities of Pfizer, you will find Pfizer has had a strong influence from MBAs.
Work life balance is really group dependent and so i cant say for anyone else. For me? Its balanced

I find the culture really great and a lot of opportunities for growth and development. I have enjoyed working there.
