Hi, My exp is 5 years now and I gave interview with accenture at 4.9 years of exp.
Accenture offered me 13.24 fixed+21% variable pay= 16L CTC+ 3.3L joining bonus.
TCS offered me 16L CTC ( Including 50k RI) + 2.5 joining bonus.
