I recently interviewed at PwC US (Tier 1) and got an offer for a $92K base salary + a $15K signing bonus. I'm an international hire with a bachelor's and an ACA & ACCA certification both to be completed in the next 2-3 months + 4 YOE. I accepted the offer but later it felt like I got a low offer so I asked the recruiter to reconsider my base salary, if possible. So the recruiter agreed and will be coming back this week with a revised offer. I'm not sure how much I can negotiate after accepting.

Am I screwed if I had a bad phone interview, but am very qualified for role? Is there anything I can say after bad phone interview. Was juggling client work. Took call after an all nighter.

Does anyone else get super nervous during technical interviews? I have industry experience (I google things sometimes like anyone else) but then ask me what an ROC is under pressure and my mind goes blank 😬

When applying for a role, and the salary is listed as a range of 65-93k. Is the lower end the starting or is that the range of pay. For example, people at 65k are on low end, while people at 93k are high end? Should people be ask for the avg for compensation if that is the case?

Just had an interview and was never asked “tell me about your proudest professional achievement/greatest success” even though every interview report said that was a question asked. Worried that this might put me at a disadvantage. Am I overthinking this?

Company flew me out for interviews. Paid for the flight and provided an expense form for taxis and one meal. Submitted expenses to them 10 days ago and they said check would be mailed. Nothing yet..

I’m interviewing with Accenture and the recruiter is taking a really long time to schedule my case interview. I keep getting updates that I’m definitely moving into the next round, but why the difficulty and delay getting this scheduled? Is this normal?

Y’all with kids and in consulting, how have you been able to balance that kind of life?

Any good negotiation articles to learn about negotiation tactics for new compensation? I never negotiated on my first job where I’m underpaid and I lost out on a lot of money. I will continue to be in consulting though, just a different firm and city. Also; having a bit of imposter syndrome and not sure if I’m worth that much..Glassdoor isn’t helpful with respect to the market value. Any tips?

I am currently working with Accenture as an IT Support Analyst (.Net Framework with knowledge of SQL, Splunk, Powershell scripting, RPA) for last 4 years. Are there any opportunities for me in companies like Deloitte, KPMG ?
