Currently interviewing for a Category Manager role and made it to the third round. However, the third round is with HR, and I thought it would be with a director in the org. Does anyone know what kind of questions HR would possibly ask on a third round?

Any suggestions for interview questions to ask a first-time manager? I’m applying for a potential role, and the Hiring Manager (potential boss who I would report to) has never had any direct reports. Interviewed for S&O role and wanted to share. Recruiter told me to expect problem solving and stakeholder comm, behavioral and case type questions… It ended up being one 25-min interviewee-led case. I was surprised given all that I had read online about RRK and GCA and Googleyness and the pride Google has in its “unbiased”interview process… it felt like any other MBB interview where your case interviewer decides your fate… guess S&O is just like any consulting firm…
