Am I just being overly paranoid? Any suggestions are appreciated.

I have been working with a company for about 6 years as a Recruiter but I don’t feel I’m gaining the best recruiting experience due to so many limitations our company has. I’ve had to teach myself Boolean searching to be more active in recruiting. I have not had the luxury of someone to truly mentor me into a Recruiter so I’m trying to find any way I can learn and be more employable. Any advice? I’m a Talent Sourcer at my company and tend to take on lots of side projects. My boss recently ask me to make “reports and trends” a priority and asked for data to about what is driving the market and how we are comparing. She also wants me to make a proposal for this project but it’s such a large task I don’t know how to start. People pay a lot for software and data about this stuff I feel like I’m not gonna find everything we need with Google and spreadsheet. What would be your next step??
Contrary to popular belief, you don't have to be extroverted to be a good recruiter. I've had great success in agency and corporate recruiting and I'm introverted leaning.

I was offered a promotion but due to internal policies the max comp they could offer was way under market value. I countered and was denied. I took time to think about it, being disappointed I applied for other jobs. Monday came and I decided to accept the offer. A week before starting my new position I got a call for one of the jobs I applied for. I am now going through to the last round of interviews the same week I start my new position. Would it be bad practice to accept another offer now?

Hello, I've been a Recruiter for 12 years and my current employer was bought by another Recruiting firm. I don't like the new firms structure and the health benefits are very very expensive. Is there any tips on how to adjust my resume to be more attractive for corporate recruiting roles? Also, I'm currently going through cancer treatments and need one day off every three week until August. Would this be unattractive to a new employer?

I’m looking for some insight from others and maybe even some market research/resources I can use? Thanks all!
