I recently went through trainer certification and I received some really confusing feedback. During certification we were told that in order to meet intent we should stick to the leader guide notes and we will be fine. I did this to a T and it was noted that I did, however the feedback that I received was that I should have created another unspecified unscheduled activity and had my learners visit an info page that was not referenced in the learning module or the leader guide notes. I’m lost.

Glassdoor indicates its around 87 base, 10k bonus; senior associate 99 base 10k bonus and the EM 113 base 20k bonus. Is this accurate? How long to move between grades? What's average age at each?
