In the early stages of interviewing at a large company for an in-house role. They volunteered some basic comp information at the first interview to be transparent. A large portion of the comp (40%) comes in the form of RSUs. If we progress further, what questions should I be asking about the RSUs? The vesting schedule is key. Thoughts on pros / cons of this form of comp? My biggest concern is that the base salary is too low for me to comfortably live on…but the “total compensation” is great!

I have sent in my resignation letter on March 14th to my HR. But since then, I haven not received any document (release letter, official acceptance letter etc). My HR has just called me to let me know my LWD but apart from that no document or mail to confirm my lwd. Can anyone tell me what is the process?
