Currently not in the agency world (taking a year off). If I’m gunning for an August 1st return to full-time, when should I start looking for work?

Anyone know all-in costs for Fragomen to process an EB2 or 3 for ROW filer? Got an offer includes GC Day 1 but the company has never done one, so I’d basically be leading the process with the lawyers. I got a referral to a smaller firm that quoted ~20k incl. gov’t fees. Interested in going with Fragomen given they did my H1B and started my GC with my current Firm.

Has any US citizen had success getting a job abroad in the energy industry? Whether that be through a US company (i.e. transferring offices) or by applying to utilities or consulting companies abroad?

This along with two other opportunities where the screening recruiter met with me, went great, and they won’t respond either. Can anyone help me not loose my mind at this point?!
