Hi All, I am Java developer having 7 yoe. Recently I gave interview for this Landmark group
Is Landmark Group or @Landmark digital a product based company?

I'm having the last loop interviews with Amazon for an analyst position, but I'm realizing that it might not be the right place for me, I'm currently working at hpe and have a good balance, 11+ YOE, I'm not sure if it's really worth the effort. Can someone tell me about what level sales ops analyst job might be? I looked for range salaries and it looks like it is 55k for Germany, so not really much of what I'm earning now.
I read bad comments about the culture and the workload balance.

Stop answering work emails and calls.
They keep coming back to you because you resolve their issue.
THIS. I don’t know how many times I’ve told staff to stop answering emails when they are on PTO because soon as you do it for someone once, then you set the expectation that you will continue to do it. There are some staff who I now purposely will not include on emails or won’t send a question to when they are on PTO because I know they would answer me and I don’t expect them to when they are out. You have to allow yourself a break or you will just get burnt out quickly.

Don’t charge the time to PTO for starters, but short of permanent damage to the buildings or human life, just stop taking their calls.
Yeah. I would refuse to use PTO for a day I did work. Will probably get your bosses attention real quick.
I agree, PTO time spent on work should be billable and not use PTO.
Sorry to be blunt, but you have to set your boundaries. Just ignore emails or calls unless someone is going to like, die. It’s your companies responsibility to have back-up options if you’re not available. What if you got hit by a bus this afternoon?
If you feel sidelined for this, time to find a new team or company more aligned to your values.
I'm so sorry to hear that you dropped your phone in the toilet and are now unreachable for the rest of your vacation!
Tell the u are in a remote area and can’t be reached
If you are that valuable, you are valuable.
Are you worried you would be fired or reviewed for not responding when off? Or just get back to people when you have some time on vacation that you’re okay helping out?
this is easily avoided when you clearly communicate that you will not be accessible during your PTO
I used to get called often on my cell... got talked to for not answering my cell phone a Saturday evening... But they never called again.
I would cancel PTO for the days you worked/dealt with crap (be reasonable) and get those days back. And have an email or something or conversation saying hey I'm planning to take my comp days on x date to compensate for my lost pto... Thats a silent way of saying this is BS.

You can’t ask for overtime if you’re a “salaried-exempt” employee, because you’re not eligible for overtime if that’s the case. If you’re working while on vacation, you need to be charging your time appropriately according to your company’s policy. CBRE is a big enough company that I’m sure they have a written policy about such things, so check that out before you do anything.
That said, the other posters are correct about setting boundaries and providing alternate contact info for things that come up while you’re away. If you didn’t do this before you left for PTO, then call your boss today and have the conversation so you can enjoy the rest of your vacay.
PTO = Paid Time Off
Enjoy your holiday!
Just ignore everyone or take another week off.
Set your voicemail and email to say you cannot be reached, but to contact your boss in your absence. I did that once and it made her realize quick what I deal with every day.
