BCG1 - Please what bank did you get your loan from that does not require a Co-signer?
Check out citizens bank. 4.5 is slightly higher for fixed (very high for variable) in today’s market. That’s pretty much the only option for non citizen
Citizens bank does not do unless you have an approved I-140. Or atleast this is what they told me last week.
I used citizens bank in 2016 and just paid off my student loan last month. Not sure if their rules for international students has changed lately. All you need is a US citizen relative who can be your guaranteer
