Does anyone know if in a negligent supervision case against a school district if it’s any kind of mitigating factor that there was not enough money for the school to hire more staff? Anyone dealt with early second trimester miscarriage with PGT normal embryos after FET? We transferred two AA normal embryos-- one was a blighted ovum and just lost the other early in second tri. If you have, what did you do differently the next time around for more success? Getting old and just crushed at losing both our normal embryos and 6-9 months.

How to negotiate salary when you’ve given them a range? I recently panicked and told the recruiter my expected range. If I get to the offer stage, I assume they will offer me the lower end of my range and of course I don’t want to sound ungrateful or greedy, but is there a way to negotiate to a little higher?

At my annual I plan to address again, in partnership with the impact this position will have made this past year. What do other creative directors earn, if you don’t mind sharing?
