Scenario 1: xx/xx/xxxx date I gave 1st round of interview with Kyndryl, that evening HR called me and told I cleared 1st round.

Scenario 2: yy/yy/yyyy date I gave 2nd round of technical interview with Kyndryl and again got cleared as HR told me.

Scenario 3: somedays back I had a discussion round with hiring manager of Kyndryl. That discussion round was going good.

After that I'm not getting any reply from HR

Hi! I just graduated college in December and have been working as analyst at a small boutique recruiting firm for less than a year. I recently went through an interview process for an investment banking role at a well respected mid market bank. I had two rounds of interviews, and the second round was with two VPs. All interviews went very well - conversation was great, and I got enthusiastic verbal feedback during and at the conclusion of each interview. It’s been three weeks and I have heard nothing, even after 2 follow ups to HR. I saw on LinkedIn they hired 2 people. I assume I got rejected - thoughts? What do I do next?
