Hi,
I had received a shortlisting call from Axis Bank. The HR told me link will be shared where I need to update my documents.
I didn't receive any link and HR confirmed that there is some system issue hence link has not come.
Now, it has been 4-5 days, HR is not receiving my calls.
Is someone aware about such issue with Axis Bank HR portal? Axis Bank Ltd

Sacrificing wlb for just $10k hike? Why o why? IMO for tech skills brand doesn’t matter..be it D or boutique..wait and jump for a better opportunity
I was just thinking it’s well recognized than what my current company is. That’s all. But I agree it doesn’t matter much for tech.
Sr Con here. Forget the WLB in Deloitte. You will learn more on the projects but for same pay depends if you are ok to compromise. Travel will resume some day if not this year. Did continuous travel for 2 years. Have it’s benefits, but again it’s a personal choice. 10k would put $250 more in your pocket per paycheck
Thank you D4 for the reality check! I really hope you get some free time to take care of yourself at this stage.

7 yoe 145k at D is laughable. Don't take it unless 175k or more. Be prepared to have no wlb.
Thanks for this! I was thinking the same but couldn’t get the right picture on glassdoor.

Yes. 10 K is not worth the loss of mental peace and an established network
Agreed!
DO NOT DO THIS
Your current pay is decent for a stable job and good wlb. You can find a role with any of the large consulting firms if you continue to build your SFDC expertise. Given your upcoming marriage, I’d suggest holding off on this move and revisit this option in 2 years.
You make a great point! Thank you!
Way I see it, need 30%+ to jump if you like your current job and don’t need to get out ASAP. You have hot skills, you should wait.
💯💯💯
If WLB matters then no go. But if the brand experience for 2 years+ matters...consider it your masters in consulting and then take the skills/resume-build back to a planned exit when the timing is right.
Can you use it to negotiate salary with your current firm?
I can try. I did this 2 years ago with the same company already.
Thank you for all the comments.
So far, Cons: Just $10K difference, No WLB & Must Travel
Pros: More learning in projects. Consulting skills.

Don't be fooled.
not the right move. 10k won’t change your life enough.
