If you’re looking to break into consulting, particularly in the FS space, then capco isn’t a bad move. I jumped ship from capco to Accenture and know a lot who went from capco to B4.

Capco has been acquired by Wipro. Definitely an upward move from audit. But big 4 is better.

What level OP? good move if you want to get into consulting space ..but remember we have been acquired by wipro so things are fluid and we are not sure about the structure post June..if the offer is good and you coming in at the right level then it may be worth it..but slow down and evaluate,we are not prestigious but there are lots of cool projects..if you coming in for accounts in nyc then it’s staff aug,beware
