Currently working as a QA in a well known organization. I'm a fresher and have only been working for 10 months. Currently joined a Google certification course for data analytics. Will I be able to switch to IBM with the certification? Or will I need some more certifications/qualifications? I am learning R and excel as well. Am well versed in python and DBMS. Please help.

Confused as to when to jump from consulting. I joined a T2 consulting firm after MBA and working from 9 months but the job made me anxious and personal health took a hit. I had decided to complete a year before switching out but just got an opportunity in CEO's office of an energy company. Should I switch now or complete a year and find something else?
