I’m in a predicament. At my organization, pay-for-performance salary increases are based entirely off of a person’s annual review. The problem is that I report to the CEO and he never (and I mean NEVER) does annual reviews. This was not disclosed during the interview process. What should I do? Hello I want to transition into a role of customer engagement manager - can make over 100k per year. WFH highly preferred.
I have a masters in healthcare admin. I’m currently a client care manager (basically a case manager) for an unskilled homecare agency managing 1100 service hours and over 70 active caregivers. I answered to the best of my ability, but I was not fully prepared for Salesforce specific questions, especially around topics that I had not previously worked on.

I’m a new senior manager in tax. Just got promoted this year. How do I know that I’m able to get to partner vs the firm seeing me as a sm only? What can I do to differentiate and also how do I prevent being overworked? I’m scared I would say I’m interested in partner, but then the firm seeing me as a workhorse and not promoting me. I feel like I want to spend my first year becoming more tax technical and building up my management skills. Then consider asking my coach about partner potential.
